Thank you for your interest in joining America in the Park. This event is connected with Nampa Parade America but operates as a separate event.

At America in the Park, only approved food vendors are permitted to conduct on-site financial transactions. All other participants are limited to informational, promotional, or engagement-based booths.

Once your submission has been reviewed and approved, you will receive a link to complete payment for your event space. Each booth space is approximately 12’ x 12’. Booth space is separate from any parade entry and requires its own approval.

America in the Park is designed to honor our military, celebrate patriotism, and strengthen community. Vendors are selected based on how they contribute to this mission and help create a balanced, high-quality event experience. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

All vendors are responsible for providing their own tents, tables, chairs, and equipment. Power is limited and not guaranteed. Generators are not permitted without prior written approval.

This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather or unforeseen circumstances beyond event control.

Booth placement is determined solely by event organizers to ensure proper flow, safety, and overall event experience.

All approved vendors will receive final event details, including load-in instructions and booth assignments, prior to the event.
